Our Origin
Founded in 2011 by one guy who was always leading his friends around the country on car trips.
After 15 years of running exclusive, invite-only adventures and building an incredible community of enthusiasts, we recognized a gap in event offerings aligned to our vision after spending too much money, too many times only to be left disappointed by other organizers.
Three guys fully immersed into the Nashville car scene thus officially incorporated as in 2026 to expand our reach and share these unforgettable experiences with more like-minded car lovers.
What's in a Name?
The name itself is based upon a humorous acronym developed years ago by the principal man behind the adventures. Originally organizing very small exclusive 10-car limit adventures, the camaraderie, friendships and memories that developed throughout the last 15 years resulted in the most common remarks being “I've never laughed so much in my life” or “this is the most fun I have all year!”
Experienced in acronym generation, it was obvious the acronym had to be created first and what it stood for would be made up. is thus “Several Maniacs In Loud Exotics & Supercars” although admittedly it started as “Several Maniacs in Loud Evocative Sportscars” since the original adventures were strictly 1960's and 1970's classic muscle and sports cars.
is resultingly a dual-use acronym for , with majority of events being intended for exotics and supercars, and Classic events being for 1970's and earlier era cars.
Our Track Record
Prior to incorporating in 2026, adventures were essentially by invite-only, or word of mouth. To date, every adventure has sold out well in advance, given the highly sought-after, small-group, all-inclusive format, combined with the not-so-secret quality, value and highly memorable past events.
